Do you draw more than just dogs and cats?
Yes, we have already drawn many unique animals. From cute bunnies to birds or snakes. If it is an animal, we can draw it!
Do I get a preview of my artwork before it gets shipped?
After ordering, you will receive a preview of your artwork in your e-mail within 24 hours. You can approve or reject it. If you reject it, you can still add comments to improve the picture until you are 100% satisfied. You can even send in a new photo if you really don’t like it.
Can I put the date of birth and/or death on the portrait?
Yes, you can enter the date of birth & death together or separately in the “date of birth” box.
How can I place an order?
To place an order, simply browse our website, select your desired items, and proceed to the checkout page. Follow the prompts to provide your shipping and payment information, and your order will be processed.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. At checkout, you will have the option to choose your preferred payment method.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on your location. Typically, orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and delivery can take anywhere from 3-10 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
