Order Issues
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will gladly replace or refund the item after reviewing the issue.

A short description of the problem
We will review and respond within 48 hours.
Returns
Since all products are made to order, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse (e.g., wrong size, change of mind, etc.). Please double-check your order details and size guide before placing your order.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued for:
Items damaged or lost in transit
Production errors
Wrong items received
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. If there’s an issue with your item, please contact us and we’ll help resolve it.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of custom-printed products, we cannot accept returns unless there is a proven issue with the product quality or fulfillment.
